Renewing an area of holiday park through comprehensive site clearance, design, and the reconstruction of caravan spaces, complete with roads, drainage systems, and landscaping. Thanks to our thoughtful and meticulous planning, we successfully redeveloped the area without causing significant interruptions, allowing the rest of the park to remain open.
Berol Park
King's Lynn
Working for a long standing client, the first stage was the partial demolition of the factory office, at the former Berol Pens factory. We then converted the remaining factory into letting units. We then built a new unit, prominently placed against the road. We employed ground penetrating radar to design the new foundation around the historic piles/pile caps. Following on from the first unit, we then built the larger second unit. This has 380 piles supporting the building and the floor was poured as a 480m3 monolithic slab.
Creake House
North Norfolk
Working with a longstanding client, this is a project that our director feels particularly proud to be involved in and has a real sense of nurture over it. Working with the Client directly we have developed the earthworks, road and lake designs, the design and modelling for this has all been undertaken in house. We are also working as a subcontractor for the contractor appointed to build the main house, for this we are carrying out all of the substructure, drainage and externals.

We were asked whether we could cut a building in half, horizontally and graft a new building onto the existing columns. Working with A C Bacon, we exhaustively surveyed this and drew it in house so that we had confidence the new building would fit. The attenuation scheme, externals and highways works were then carried out to complete the project.
14 New Builds
Castle Acre
We secured the groundworks, substructures, offsite drainage, externals and adoptable roads for this project in late 2020 and commenced work early spring 2021. This is a site of 14 market and shared ownership housing. These are finished to a high standard inside and out, and are now nearing completion.
24 New Builds
Gayton
We secured the groundworks, substructures, offsite drainage, externals and adoptable roads for this project in early 2021 and commenced that summer. This is a site of 24 market and shared ownership housing. This has been a challenging site with an exceptionally high water table, that that is now nearing completion.
Deerfields
Setchey
In late 2020 we were approached to undertake works to form a new entrance off the busy A10 at Setchey and provide a concrete yard and new drainage. This was a challenging job with a high water table and a very busy main road to contend with but we are particularly proud of the standard of the finish on this job.
